For the fourth time in a row, Apple ranked highest in customer satisfaction in a recent J.D. Power and Associates survey. The survey weighed user input in several major categories, including operation, operating system, physical design, features, and battery function. Apple was closely followed by Motorola and HTC, followed by RIM, Samsung, and Palm – followed by Nokia in dead last. Read more from the J.D. Power and Associates full report here.
