Google announced that the Nexus One will receive an update to Gingerbread (Android 2.3) in the next couple of weeks. The update will be delivered OTA, and will provide users with an alert and instructions on how to complete the update process. No timeline has been given on how long it will take to deliver Android 2.3 to all Nexus One phones, or which areas will receive the batched update first. (via Google)
