Walgreens recently released an app for Android powered devices. Users can scan the barcode on their prescription or use their patient history to send an alert to their local Walgreens when they need a refill. Once the prescription is ready, users will receive a text message to come pick up their medication. The app has several other noteable features as well, including locating the nearest Walgreens location, flu shot information, photo ordering, and view weekly ads. (via Walgreens)
