Microsoft and Barnes & Noble Form Partnership

On Monday, Microsoft and Barnes & Noble announced a new partnership that will leverage the digital Nook and college businesses into a new subsidiary, and the invest of $300 million will give Microsoft a 17% stake in the new business. Read more from the full press release below

Angry Birds Space Hits 50 Million Downloads

Earlier this week, Rovio announced that Angry Birds Space, the latest Angry Birds application, had been downloaded more than 50 million times; making it the fastest growing mobile game yet – breaking all of their previous records. The company also hinted that more was coming, stating “something bigger is on its way.”
