Omniture Announces New Versions of SiteCatalyst and Discover
Omniture released there newest version of SiteCatalyst and Discover yesterday, April 8th, and are available to all current SiteCatalyst and Discover customers. To address the changing marketing dynamics – mobile is projected to be ‘bigger’ than most people think – Omniture is releasing SiteCatalyst version 14.7 and Discover 2.9. Google Launches Ad Innovations
On March 31, Google launched Google Ad Innovations, where users will be able to review some of Google‘s latest ideas around advertising and provide their feedback. Susan Wojcicki, Vice President of Product Management at Google, stated that as advertising evolves and marketers are looking for creative ways to communicate with users, they’ve found that the best way to do this is to “test new approaches regularly and listen closely to the feedback of the advertisers using our products.”

Mobile Loyalty Apps on the Rise
As the recession continues, loyalty programs are on the rise. According to loyalty market researcher Colloquy, the average U.S. household belongs to more than 14 loyalty programs. CardStar, launched a mobile app in 2009 for the iPhone, that has recently surpassed 1 million downloads and has been used more than 5 million times.
