Verizon Unveils Ten 4G LTE Devices at CES

At Verizon‘s press conference yesterday, they announced 10 upcoming devices built for their 4G LTE network.  The list of devices included smartphones, laptops, hotspots, and tablets.  Here is a list of all the new devices:

Motorola Unveils Droid Bionic for Verizon

Motorola announce a new Android smartphone at the company’s keynote yesterday, called the Droid Bionic.  The LTE device has dual-core 1GHz processor, Wi-Fi, 8MP rear camera, and VGA front camera.

Over 200,000 Apps in Android Market

AdroLib.com, an independent firm tracking the Android Market, recently reported that Google‘s Android Market now has over 200,000 applications.  The site is also reporting that new app submissions have continued to increase monthly, and many believe Android will continue to rapidly increase global market share next year.
