Verizon Will Carry iPad 2 at Launch

Verizon Wireless will carry the Apple iPad 2 on launch day (March 11th).  Although Verizon has not made any formal announcement, they are expected to join a number of other retailers to begin selling a 3G version of the new tablet that is compatible with it’s EV-DO network and will charge $600+ for the 16GB model.  (via Verizon Wireless)

Best Buy Nexus S Launch Plan

Best Buy announced it’s launch plan for the Nexus S earlier this month.  Google‘s second handset will be available for online purchase, Best Buy locations, and Best Buy Mobile locations across the United States.  The phones will sell for $529 unlocked, $199 with a two year T-Mobile contract, or $250 as an add-on line to an existing T-Mobile account and are limited to two per person.
