88% of website visitors from mobile search ads would not otherwise click on the business’s organic listing when ads are paused
Buzz is beginning to generate around the Web about an imminent Verizon iPhone launch. Jonathan Geller, of Boy Genius Report, stated that “BGR has confirmed with a source close to Apple that the company has blacked out employee vacation requests between February 3rd and February 6th. The…freeze has been confirmed to be in effect in several regions in the United States.” Unfortunately, it has yet to be confirmed that the Verizon iPhone will be unveiled on January 11th.
Google recently updated the Voice Search app for Android, giving users the option to setup personalized recognition. With the feature enabled, Voice Search remembers words that were searched for and associates them with your Google account. The goal is to improve the accuracy of voice search and enable users to search faster.

HTC has filed suit against Apple for patent infringement today, claiming infringement on five of it’s patents. In addition to the suit, HTC is asking the ITC to stop the importation and sale of Apple devices to include the iPad, iPhone, and iPod in the United States.
